I have an issue. I played on my server with my friend for a while yesterday night, and when I started up the server today, about 4 hours of progress was lost, and we were all the way back to when we just made our houses. Is there any way to get back that lost data?

If you have backups from before the rollback, you can restore it. If not, there's nothing you can really do.
