Locked out of my account

So, I try to login to my month and a half worth's work of my minecraft server after I move. Then, it tells me "You have already logged in using Google" so I say: "Ok! Let me log in with my email!" But then, it sends me to my ALTERNATE ACCOUNT! My main account is Aer_a and my ip is Aer_a.aternos.me, I don't know what category this should go in, but anyways please help! (Alt account is Aeriae btw)

I also don't have a backup of the world.

Incognito doesn't work, I'll try emailing.
