Connection to Aternos either Timed Out with no further information or An existing connection was forcibly closed by a remote host

I've been having this problem for a while, i have gone on the web searched for a few solutions and looked at a few threads, i tried them all and nothing worked, i have flushed my DNS, changed my firewall settings, tried to ping the DynIP and the normal one in command prompt and nothing happening but it saying Timed out, it doesnt work with any servers, i tried joining my friends, it doesnt work, i would like help please

i already saw that, i did it and the email said nothing could be done about it, i tried using a vpn, didnt work
