Hi, i would like to add a seperate config for a specific pixelmon map i am using, its for NPCS and everything to have the right texts and everything. Aswell as changing a name in the server.properties and replacing the "pixelmon" file with a file of my own.

you cant edit the server.properties (what even do you want to change there?)
