Add a new forum for bedrock/pe users

    I found that most of the problems were related to minecraft java edition and only some for bedrock edition. So it would be helpful if you could create a new forum only for bedrock user problems. It would fix confusion problems. And also the plugin section is about Bukkit and Spigot but why not for pocketmine-mp also. I hope you guys care about bedrock users too.

    Plugin section is also for pocketmine-mp but this may not be specified (?).

    We care about bedrock users, but just specifying what software is used should be enough to avoid confusion instead of making a whole seperate category.
