After i use /itmc then i write pshop sign is

If i clicked it my server crashed it says "internal server" then my server shuts down please help about pshop sign im just a beginner of making server

Look at your log. It will tell you more about that error. Ideally contact the plugin author for problems with his plugins

1. It's not C++ it ie Java(or php if you use pocketmine)
2. You dont need to know java to understand logs
