Can you please add the mod "Legends" for minecraft 1.7.10?

The Legends mod is a mod made by Tihyo quite a while ago and only recently has it been put on curseforge. It adds many different suits from Marvel, CW, DC, and comics. In essence, it is basically a superpowers mod. There are also what's called Legacies, which allow you to have the powersets of Kryptonians (superman, supergirl, general zod), Vampires, Speedsters, and several others without having to use a suit.
I know this was previously denied, but when I was going back I noticed the reason was that the person who linked it used Tihyo's website download, which was used before he put it up on curseforge, and then people who linked it to his curseforge download recently still got their request denied, with the reason being "previously denied/already denied" which makes no sense since they linked the curseforge download when it came out.
