Hello! It's just like a non-sense suggestion but I thought why not.
You could add a levelling Bot like Mee6 or Arcane. It would give us the permission to see how is really active!Maybe I'm alone with this thought but there is no bad thing about it, so why not.

We had mee6 for not even a day because it broke the same day we added it.
It's not really worth adding either of those bots imo, after all the discord is mainly a community support discord where you can also just chat. And to be honest, people only asking for support would only interfere with such a leveling system.
Not really my decision. In the end it's always gonna be the decision of the team, which i am not part of.
With mee6 you can change which channels get XP, so then we could turn off XP for #support. And speaking of #support, it would probably be good to add a ticket bot so people can make support tickets instead of spamming #support.
We had a support bot for tickets but people continuously made tickets and it started to get annoying, so it was removed again.
Mee6 would still not be an option as it broke the first time we used it. IF we were to do it I'd suggest Tatsumaki

About the ticket thing: Does that mean only mods can answer? Then how is anyone gonna get mod if they can't help, and once all the mods quit, who's gonna help?

When I mentioned support tickets on discord, I meant a bot that sends tickets to a channel on discord named #tickets (or something similar), and then there would be a Ticket role which the Team could give moderators so they could help. Having tickets go directly to the support center sounds a little crazy. There are many ticket managing bots for discord.

Yeahhhhhhh, It would be crazy. As much as I like discord, I'd almost argue that people should just use the forums for support because the #support channel is chaos.
And how could people get the tickets role? Would it just be a reaction role? If it is why is that any better than #support? It just seems harder to moderate and keep track of.
My idea was that there would still be #support for questions to the public BUT there would also be an area for tickets which people could make that mods+ answer.
