Server replaced with a new world when updating to 1.16

Hi,
I recently updated my server to spigot 1.16.1. I backed up my world previously using the 'backups' option through google drive, however unfortunately have not downloaded the file manually onto my computer. I seem to have no access to my world file through google drive, and the world has reset to a brand new world. Will I be able to get my world back?
Server was previously on 1.15.2.

I initially presumed that option was to override the current server onto the backup save, which confused me. Thank you very much.
