Very high ping spikes

I know that the servers are located in Germany and i live in Chile so its not the best (200-400ms)

A few days ago I started a new survival with friends, the server was not going so well despite using PaperMC, optimize it with a guide and was better, however since yesterday or the day before yesterday I have had very high ping spikes (over 1000ms) and that are extremely frequent and is unplayable (finish one and start another)

I'm gonna test what happens with other servers and see if the same thing happens

The world doesn't have anything that can lag the server, Internet is stable, and before yesterday the ping and performance was good, but yesterday started the problem

Also I need to say three things:This is only happening with me, Today when I enter the server the world didnt even load for me, and this Is not happening in other servers

My ping spikes up too, im just playing with my friends and my ping spikes up, sometimes it doesnt, and sometimes it does, we have very few mods, and we tried optifine but that only helped a little bit
