Why is it that the TPS is so low for Aternos servers, It gives you guys a bad rep. Consider upping RAM to 2 or 4gb for servers or allow for upgradable RAM.
I'm always being Timed Out, the server crashing or the server becomes unplayable.

Aternos have limited the amount of RAM for each server and software. You can't change the RAM.
I'm always being Timed Out, the server crashing or the server becomes unplayable.
Can you give the log of your server? Maybe there are plugins/modpacks that causes your server to crash/lag.
