    hi admin i would like to report some of staff on discord i ask them for help and no one will help me i have change my name to khalsaforlive and only DustirUs is one that helping me no one else can you please sort your staff out because it unfair when someone need help and they ignoring you and helping someone else you wont like it if you need help and someone ignore you and talk to someone else thank you

    The discord server is a community support server. Moderators only moderate and do not necessarily need to help. If you want a guaranteed response you will need to use other services to contact support with. Anyone is allowed to help, no one is forced to help.

    The people with the green names on our Discord are moderators. Their main task is moderating, not supporting.

    If they also want to help people, they can help whoever they want. After reading your post, I can very much understand why they wouldn't want to help you.
