can you please add the Mod "ObserverLib"?

ObserverLib is a library mod that is used by mods to observe block changes without causing to much lag. This Library mod is required by some of your mods that your currently support. An example of a mod is Astral Sorcery which on your mod page says that it requires baubles which is not true. Without the library mod my server is unable to start.
