Cant connect to theserver

Yea so yesterday i have no problem connecting in my friends server but when i tried to open it this morning it shows me this notification.

Connection Lost

Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.io.IOException: Packet 0/26 (pn) was larger than expected, found 175 bytes extra whilst reading packet 26

i use the latest ver (1.16.2 ) and i use tlauncher

I only changed the version to the latest one

aternos and i use java

spigot

how can i go in vanilla?
