How do i use LuckPerms?

    I've just installed EssentialsX and I'm liking the way it works, but commands can only be used by OP's and I read in a different forum to use LuckPerms.
    Tried PermissionsEx first but couldn't find that as it's been deleted by the devs.
    I installed Luckperms but dont know how to use this?
