i Wanted to play with decocraft (i already added PTR) Lib but it says
server mod rejections
Decocraft: Requires version 2.6.3 but mod is not found on client
Software:Forge
Version : 1.12.2 (14.32.4.2766)
so please, help

You have to install the mod on your pc.

It means you have to install the mod in your minecraft cilent in order to play.

Yes. If you want to join a modded server you need to install forge and the mods on your pc.

When i go ibto the game it says PTRLib needs 1.13
Are you sure you read that correctly? PTRLib doesn't even have 1.13 support, only 1.12.2
