Some of your mods/plugins don’t seem to be working like redstonearsenal and thermaldynamics.
Try contacting the mod/plugin’s author or removing them one by one.

I don't think those mods are the reason why his server crashes. Also, you can't remove the specific mod inside modpack

Well you seem to be better at Modpacks/Mods, so I won’t comment anything else unless I know it

The server starts too long. That's all.
It can happen with large modpacks, at that point you can just wait a few minutes and try again, chances are it will start then. If it doesn't work repeatedly and on multiple days, you should consider switching modpacks -
