They could add the option to upload files to folders, more specific .cis files but that some folder text file or the mentioned .cis could be uploaded from the computer, not necessarily plugins or mods.
or just remove this "Knokko Custom Items" https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/custom-items-and-textures
plugin as they are updating it for nothing. thanks
