Modded server crashes when starting

My server keeps crashing and I can't find what the issue is, I've spent 10 hours on trying to fix it but I didn't manage, could I get some help please ?

Seems like I got it fixed, sometimes it starts without issues and sometimes it crashes.
I'm willing to put up with it.
