i banned my friend a few days ago for breaking server rules just for 3 days temporarily but now i cant unban him, his name is mcnaiz, he's on cracked version (tlauncher) pls help

Did you go through the console? If you are in-game unbanning and banning hasn't worked for me, but on the console, all you have to do is use the command /pardon and put his username after it to let him use the server
