Can't place blocks or break them, can't use command blocks, can't input on signs, projectiles fired somewhere else

    Help I can't play properly I was making a KITPVP for me and my friends. It was all going well until today that I can't use command blocks, when I open them it doesn't let me switch type or press done. When I use a projectile any type, it spawns and hits something in the spawn. When I break a block it doesn't let me place it. When I place a sign, it doesn't let me write on it. I don't have Worldguard guarding this, I have OP. I'm supposed to bypass it but only the console can bypass. Please help.
    Plugins : KitPvP, WorldGuard, WorldEdit

    OP Permission : Full
    Reinstalled and Backup because I didn't want to lose progress on my arena
    Command Blocks : On
    Spawn Protection : 0
