Large TPS drop on my server

    My friend told me that the server I'm running has been having large TPS drops, freezing the whole server for a few seconds.


    I closed the server, for now, to check the logs and see that I have to change to java 11 because Paper said so.

    Could that be the cause of the TPS drops?
