I installed LLibrary version 1.7.17 but it still says it wasnt installed. Does anyone know why it says that?

Hi, maybe you installed the mod after starting your server, that message should vanish after restarting your server.
And, to fix your problem, you should use this forge version https://aternos.org/software/v/forge/1.12.2-latest, then your problem should be fixed.

It's recommended yeah.
You can use either Forge 1.12.2 (14.23.5.2855) or Forge1.12.2 (14.23.5.2855).
