Now i tried a different GuiShop and when i try to type the commands theyre just red and also say an internal error has occurred. Also the plugin is in red (this gui shop is in 1.16)
Can you provide the plugin link you're using?

Im using this GuiShop https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/gui-shop
And in aternos it's this exact one https://aternos.org/addons/a/spigot/2451
That plugin seems to get bad reviews when you're on version 1.16.4
