When I start my server my friends can not get design "Conection refused"

Maybe your friends is connecting so fast to the server,so,they just wait a little bit to connect...
Or,tell the server Dynamic IP to your friends.I guess there's a bug with Aternos Servers,which the IP dont work[Blocked Image: http://i.imgur.com/nyN1uUQ.png]
