I am trying to give certain people certain permission and that's really hard since I know nothing about altering configs can you please add group manager

Group Manager isn't available at DevBukkit, therefore we can't add it to the plugin list. Please use PermissionsEX for managing permissions instead.

I think PermissionEX is better than Group Manager,cause PEX is simple to manage,but Group Manager is a little more "ingame" interface
PermissionEX is just go to the config file and edit it.
And on PEX we can manage the permissions ingame too -

You can basically do the same with Group Manager.
I don't see a big difference between PEX and GM, in my opinion with GM it's just easier to manage permissions for multiple worlds. -
Not on Aternos yet,I dont know if Aternos will add this feature
