Please help

Dear aternos... I have recently made a SMP and wanted to add a claim plugin as they prevent greifing but it seems as if I cannot find the plugin I wanted which allows users to use a golden shovel to claim land... This might be stupid but please give me a link to that land claim plugin as it is very simple and others are not.., I tried adding from the plugins list but I get the complicated ones|
