Add a plugin/command to SkyFactory 4 Server

Hello,

I wanted to ask if there is a possible way I can add the commands down below to my Skyfactory 4 CurseForge aternos server:
/topography spawn
/topography island
/tpa

I am unsure if they are included in the modpack, when another friend of mine used another hosting it had the commands and everyone was able to create their own island, yet, I can't use /topography on my aternos server...
