How to make my multiplayer server to a singleplayer world.

I want my server to make it singleplayer because me and my friends are boredin this server (we are planning to make a new one) by i want to still play on this world. How do you make it singleplayer? Any help appreciated.

When i tried it my inventory was wiped out and i was back in spawn.
