Are bots to help players banned?

    I made a bot that would guide my friends through the server hosted on heroku. (on my other server on another account) Someone banned him for terms of service and afk but the bot cant be afk it shows players my aternos world?! I request the staff to check ill send server ip if you ask but ill turn on whitelist so no one else can join. Ok if you didn't understand, I made a bot which shows players my world and someone banned it and it wasn't me.

    You should not use bots because they are able to make aternos servers 24/7, which is not allowed. I would recommend using signs, holographics etc.

    Use clickable NPCs or similar. Don't risk a server termination.
