Port Forwarding for Simple Voice Chat

Hello, I've been setting up a server for me and my friends recently and we wanted to add proximity chat to it to make it more fun. We tried several methods such as Mumble, DiscordSRV, and more. We ended up wanting to use Simple Voice Chat because that is the one that a lot of YouTubers use and we are pretty certain that it will work. However, for Simple Voice Chat, you need to change the port to 24454 and we couldn't find a way to change the port. Is there any way we can change the port? Or any alternatives that we could use or do so that we can use proximity chat? Thank you.

P.S: Mumble did not work because we needed to add the mod and our server is a 1.16 server that uses plugins.

Hello, thanks for the help, however, it is not going to work since our server is a spigot server in 1.16 and Magma only supports 1.12.2, but thank you anyways.

Yes, it is, I didn't realize I couldn't combine mods and plugins in 1.16 before writing the post, it's my mistake, sorry.
