Massive lag

Hello its me again I made a new server and it was all fine at first but 10 minutes later and the server started freezing every 5-10 seconds i got tped back a lot of times i broke blocks and they got replaced back bassicly massive lag is there and way to fix this? i think the problem is that i have a mod that is causing the problem but is there any other way to find out what mod is doing that deleting every mod will take a couple hours to delete each mod and restart the server every time
