How to disable the Stop Countdown of a Server?

Hi, i am new here and i tried playing on a server i made with my friend and it worked, but then after we both leaved i wanted to return after 10 Minutes, but then it said the Server is offline, i opened Minecraft and indeed it was offline and i noticed when the last player leaves the server, a timer apears that automatically stops the server, i have a question, can i make my server run 24/7 or is this not possible here and if not is there a free server hosting website where this function is enabled, thanks
