When i try to log into my aternos account it asks for a 2FA but then never specifies where the code is sent. I checked all my emails and text messages and it never sent me anything so i cant log into my account.

You can find your 2FA code in authentication apps such as Google Authenticator, or others.
If you don't have such app (anymore) i would advise you contact [email protected]
