Hello, I think you should add the nickname plugin. It allows you to change your name without your skin, and vice versa. It is also the only plugin of these sorts that is compatible with 1.8. Thank you

They only add plugins from dev.bukkit.org, sorry

We can only add plugins from Spigot which are directly available at Spigot (not via external site, check the download button). However, the system is not fully implemented yet and we have to tweak some things. We will make an official announcement soon.
As this plugin is only available via an external site, we can't add it.
