Lostcities generation

So I've been trying to get the wasteland generation from the lostcities mod in my server, then I found this thread (Lost Cities Worldtype subcategories), I thought I was saved, I tried to follow Extil's instructions but then it struck me, I don't know what, where and how to write the stuff needed. Can somebody please tell and/or show me how to do it? Would be greatly appreciated
