Redstone doesn't work?

On my server, I am trying to build a large structure, and for part of the details I need to push a block with a piston. The piston does not work. I have tried to go to other places and there seems to be some sort of specific radius where pistons work, anywhere else and they don't work.

I need help to try and fix this problem.

Here is a list of the plugins I have for this server:

When running on Spigot the problem is still there, but with no plugins the pistons work normally.

It seems the the plugin "Land" is causing the problem.
