Pixelmon Generations Problem

Hello, i need help with a problem i have.

I downloaded the mod Pixelmon Generations (ver 8.4.2) for my server (im the admin and creator), the mod works good in single-player, but when i enter the online server there's no option to select your first Pokemon, and there's no Pokemon in all the map.

I can still see the Pixelmon's HUD, but i cant interact with it(in creative mode i can get the objects, but i cant use them on Pokemon because they dont exist, also, i cant open the Pokedex), only with the minecraft one.

I checked the options of the server, and animals and monsters are on.

I'm playing on TLauncher, and i downloaded the mod to my computer.

What confuses me is that the mod works perfectly on the single-player map, is it a problem of the server? What can i do?

Also, minecraft keeps failing and giving a code, and im only trying to load pixelmon, no other mod.

And looks like I am also too dumb to notice that i don't have Forge installed...
