Recurrent Complex not working with Biomes'o'Plenty and RTG

    So I'm trying to set up a server with Recurrent Complex, Biomes'o'Plenty, Realistic Terrain Generation, and several other mods, but none of the Recurrent Complex structures spawn in the world. I've tried resetting the world but there aren't any, despite RTG and Biomes'o'Plenty both working. I made sure to download all the needed mods for RTG and BOP to work together but, still, there are none. No one else seems to have this problem, so I couldn't figure out what went wrong. Did I set something up incorrectly, or is one of my mods overriding Recurrent Complex?
