Can't use mods

i recently installed a mod named falling tree . I have it on the client and server but still it doesn't work

I tried similar mods but still it doesn't work .PLS HELP

I installed the mod falling tree which does not work. The trees are supposed to be cut by hitting one log from the tree, But it doesn't work
