Aternos Server does not shut down

Hello, I have a problem, my friend gave me access to his server with my account, I put the discord srv plugin all normal and then I turned on the server but from there it does not turn off, I press turn off and I get that you cannot do that action and not even waiting for the cooldown if nobody enters and does not turn off the time adds more time goes more than 30 minutes like this, please help
