My server keeps on pinging and pinging i even tried to remove some plugins i didnt work cant join when ever i join it says timed out. Pls help me fix my server members are becoming mad 
its java 1.17 bukkit
My server never stops pinging and when the timer goes it becomes offline and it says timedout everyone who try to join and people cant play since 1 day

I didn’t reinstall it. Cuz there is a lot of players data.

Create a backup before and then test if the issue persists with a new world.
You can always restore that backup then: Creating and restoring backups
The purpose of this is to check if the issue is related to your player data / progess / world.
