Modpack Help

Hello. My friend has been having a problem on downloading any modpack using the launcher so they can play with me on my server but it keeps giving them errors and they are using windows 10. If somebody can respond if there is a alternate way that would be appreciated.

Heres the error messsage, quotation marks are not part of the error message. "OpenGL: ERROR RuntimeException: No OpenGL context found in the current thread."
