Add folder into server

I would like to know why we can't add folder into our server. I have a modded map who need a server propreties and a folder to work or I can't play it with my friend. I'm sorry for the desagrement

I can't add folder or change it. And I need it to play a map. How can I change folder if I can ?

I need the folder to play the map without glitch. The two folder are config and pixelmon. I already play this map in singleplayer and there is no virus or else.
