Hey everyone, just a quick question to see if i can fix this issue 
Tried to make a dispenser clock (followed this tutorial, about 0:58-1:30) and the Redstone activates but the dispenser doesn't, tried it with a dropper too. We have Paper/Bukkit installed, but I'm fairly certain we don't have any Redstone clock blocking plugins installed (I've tried commands, can't seem to find any of them.) Any pointers?
