No Dangerous Mobs are Naturally Spawning

    I'm in a 1.12.2 forge modded server. Nothing I have installed is temping with the ways mobs should spawn. I have tested the mods on a single-player world aswell. I have my difficulty set to Normal and Mob spawns on, yet I can't find any creepers or Modded Mobs. Is there a way to fix this?

    Does it work in singleplayer? If yes, try making a backup and then deleting the mods one by one, it'd possible one is interfering with minecraft's system.


    Additionally, you should check whether the Mob spawning gamerule is off
