please use the official bukkit/spigot website not the direct download link
the bukkit/spigot link
and please add the description of the plugin in your own word
Example:(The request of your plugin to help you)

Desc: bla bla bla....
And also the plugin last update is Jul 22, 2013 SO THIS PLUGIN IS OUTDATED
They CAN'T add OUTDATED plugin
the update must between 2015/2016 or a new fresh one
