ice and fire mod working weird

so i have made a server with a few mods i liked for me and my friends and we wanted one with lots of stuff so i decided to put the ice and fire mod, but it required like various things to support it and i got a bit confused, and i downloaded all except the ones it didnt let me because there was no compatible version but the ones i did download made my server crash all the time because i need a different version for silent gear, one time it was like 4.9.5 i think, and there wasnt any version like that, only like the others except that one, like 4.9.6, or 4.9.4 but not the one i was looking for so i tried changing silent lib version and then it told me to make it something different, then when i changed it to that it told me to change it again to 4.9.5 after i changed it to the different version it told me sorry if this doesnt make sense im confused and im bad at explaining/understanding things.
