so i am in the philipines and i set my server to asia/Manila yet i still have 500ping what server should i use like where should i put my server on what reigon ? for less ping for the philipines thanks

You can't set the server location. It only sets the timezone.
Several ISPs located in the Philippines and Malaysia have serious connection problems to central europe, where our servers are located.
We already reported this numerous times, but no one cares about it. There's not that much we can do.
