how to upload a world with progress

uh so i wanted to upload a world with progress from rl craft but when i upload it i just spawned with nothing, just a fresh start.

i'll go to sleep -- and check tmrw

uh when I checked it in upload on the aterno site the data wasn't there , but when I check in my folder it was there.

so how do i make the progress upload with the world ?

nvm after i checked in site files playerdata i found it, but when i joined in the server its just a fresh start tho

im playing with tlauncher btw
